Responsibilities

• Manage the hiring lifecycle for IT and BPO roles, ensuring a steady pipeline for project-based and volume hiring.
• Ensure all policies comply with the Philippine Labor Code (DOLE regulations), specifically regarding working hours, overtime, and statutory benefits.
• Act as the primary mediator for employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and terminations to mitigate legal risks.
• Collaborate with the training team to implement “Future Ready” skill programs, ensuring staff are certified in emerging technologies.
• Oversee payroll accuracy (in collaboration with finance) and manage local benefits like HMO, 13th-month pay, and the Associate Welfare Trust.
• Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to track metrics like attrition rates, headcount, and diversity statistics for management reporting.
• Encourage and track Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) hours among employees to meet corporate sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• BPO Set-up experience as HR Manager
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood; willing to work on flexible schedules (mostly mid to night shifts)
