Manage the hiring lifecycle for IT and BPO roles, ensuring a steady pipeline for project-based and volume hiring.
Ensure all policies comply with the Philippine Labor Code (DOLE regulations), specifically regarding working hours, overtime, and statutory benefits.
Act as the primary mediator for employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and terminations to mitigate legal risks.
Collaborate with the training team to implement “Future Ready” skill programs, ensuring staff are certified in emerging technologies.
Oversee payroll accuracy (in collaboration with finance) and manage local benefits like HMO, 13th-month pay, and the Associate Welfare Trust.
Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to track metrics like attrition rates, headcount, and diversity statistics for management reporting.
Encourage and track Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) hours among employees to meet corporate sustainability goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Holder.
BPO Set-up experience as HR Manager
Willing to work onsite in Eastwood; willing to work on flexible schedules (mostly mid to night shifts)
