This position requires a highly experienced HR professional who can partner with management and operations leaders to build a productive workforce, strengthen organizational capability, ensure compliance, and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of solid HR experience, covering multiple HR functions.
At least 3 years of experience in a Senior HR or HR Management role, preferably handling a team and/or multi-site operations.
Strong background in HR Operations, Organizational Development, and Strategic HR Management.
Experience in cold storage, logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements.
Proven experience in manpower planning, workforce management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Experience in handling both operational and corporate employees is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management, department heads, and operational teams.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS or other HR technology systems.
Lead and oversee the company's overall HR operations, policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
Manage manpower planning, workforce deployment, staffing requirements, and organizational structure in coordination with Operations and Management.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, regularization, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
Ensure effective administration of compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and other HR-related programs.
Establish and improve HR processes, systems, and controls to support operational efficiency.
Monitor HR metrics, manpower costs, turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce indicators.
Develop and implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
Lead performance management, succession planning, career development, competency mapping, and talent management programs.
Identify organizational and workforce capability gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
Develop leadership development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Support the development of organizational structures, job descriptions, competency standards, and career pathways.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements to increase employee productivity and engagement.
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's short-term and long-term business objectives.
Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Management Team and Operations leaders.
Provide HR insights and recommendations on manpower costs, productivity, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee-related risks.
Develop HR policies and programs that support business growth, operational excellence, and employee retention.
Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in strategic planning and management discussions involving workforce and organizational matters.
Lead employee relations initiatives and ensure fair, consistent, and timely handling of employee concerns and disciplinary cases.
Manage grievance handling, administrative investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and other applicable government requirements.
Coordinate labor-related concerns, inspections, and compliance requirements with government agencies when necessary.
Promote a positive workplace culture while balancing employee welfare and business requirements.
Lead the overall recruitment strategy for both operational and corporate positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for high-volume and specialized positions.
Partner with Operations and Department Heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce priorities.
Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
Ensure timely hiring of qualified employees, particularly for critical operational positions.
Assess organizational and employee training needs.
Develop and implement annual training and development programs.
Establish leadership, technical, behavioral, and operational capability-building initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on employee performance and business results.
Develop, review, and update company HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and related guidelines.
Ensure HR practices are compliant with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper HR documentation, records, and confidential employee information.
Establish appropriate HR controls and governance standards across the organization.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies across branches, warehouses, hubs, and operational locations.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver effective and responsive HR services.
Establish clear goals, performance standards, and KPIs for the HR team.
Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, continuous improvement, and service excellence within HR.
Provide guidance and support to HR staff handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.
