About the role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team at INGCOPH Traders Inc. in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing our human resources strategies. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labour regulations. This role is integral to supporting the growth of our organisation and ensuring we maintain a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive human resources policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements
- Lead the full recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management discussions
- Design, implement, and monitor employee performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews
- Develop and deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth and organisational capability building
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, including payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential human resources records and documentation
- Manage compensation and benefits programmes, including salary reviews and employee benefits administration
- Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Provide strategic advice and support to senior management on human resources matters and organisational development
- Monitor and report on key human resources metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional human resources experience, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Demonstrated knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong expertise in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
- Proficiency in human resources information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies that drive organisational success
- Professional HR certification (such as PHR or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel matters with discretion
