Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. in Caloocan City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role that plays a crucial part in shaping and implementing our human resources strategies.

As HR Manager, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labour regulations to support our growth and ensure a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.

Qualifications

  • > Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • > Minimum of 5 years of professional human resources experience, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
  • > Demonstrated knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
  • > Strong expertise in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • > Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
  • > Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • > Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • > Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • > Professional HR certification (PHR or equivalent) is highly desirable
  • > Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
  • > Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel matters with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive human resources policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements
  • Lead the full recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management discussions
  • Design, implement, and monitor employee performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Develop and deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth and organisational capability building
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, including payroll and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate and confidential human resources records and documentation
  • Manage compensation and benefits programmes, including salary reviews and employee benefits administration
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide strategic advice and support to senior management on human resources matters and organisational development
  • Monitor and report on key human resources metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team at INGCOPH Traders Inc. in Caloocan City, Metro Manila.
