Early Career Programs & Internship
- Manage hiring requirements for internship (with partner universities), trainee, and graduate programs aligned with business needs.
- Oversee recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Collaborate with business leaders to define program objectives and learning experiences.
- Implement strategies to attract diverse talent across disciplines.
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches including hackathons, case competitions, and campus ambassador programs.
- Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HRBP, recruitment teams, and business units to forecast hiring needs.
- Provide insights and reporting on campus recruitment trends, candidate experience, and program ROI.
- Partner with Marketing/Communications teams to develop and maintain employer brand for early career talent acquisition
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in leading campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or university relations. Proven track record of managing internship or graduate programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
