Happy-J Training and Development Services is seeking an HR and Learning & Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Davao City. You will support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits while preparing to become a corporate trainer and resource speaker.

You will shadow senior speakers, develop training materials, and help design learning programs. Willingness to travel across the Philippines is required.

Formación

• Must have at least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience and strong HR operations foundation.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in personnel management: employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Interest or experience in learning and development, training coordination, or organizational development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with potential to become a corporate trainer.
• Willingness to undergo mentorship and hands-on training to develop speaking and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for corporate training engagements.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Davao and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in standard office software (word, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Professionalism, adaptability, initiative, and passion for continuous learning and people development.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee benefits and support performance management.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop as a future corporate trainer and resource speaker.
• Shadow and assist experienced speakers and prepare training materials.
• Facilitate selected workshop activities and gradually take on speaking duties.
• Support training needs assessments, program development, and evaluation.
• Travel nationwide for corporate training engagements.
