Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Bulacan PH seeks a Content Management Analyst to support creation, localization, and improvement of knowledge base content for employee platforms. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate, accessible content that aligns with Nestlé brand guidelines and market requirements.

The role focuses on enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency through content adaptation, publishing, and end-user support across Me@Nestlé and NIVA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• At least 1 year of knowledge/content management experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Creation
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining knowledge base contents (Articles, FAQ, Procedures, Policies, L5s)
• Support the design and development of communication kits and disseminate to end-users via Me@Nestlé, email blasts, or channels used by Markets
• Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all content assets
• Convert complex HR processes and policies into simple, employee-friendly formats
• Translate knowledge base contents into relevant local languages as needed
• Adapt existing global HR content to meet market-specific cultural, linguistic, regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with IBS HR BS Team for content improvements
• Manage full lifecycle of content: creation, review, approval, publication, retirement; ensure content is NIVA-ready
• Coordinate multilingual translations/localization by geography
• Structure content for digital channels (Me@Nestlé portal, NIVA chatbot, mobile apps)
• Support chatbot training by tagging/formatting content for conversational AI tools
• Ensure changes cascade to AskHR Team
• Create training materials or enhance existing ones
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to grow Content Management knowledge
