Job summary

Stratpoint is seeking an HR Intern to support all facets of our HR team. You will help generate and refine ideas, prepare HR reports, and assist in organizing company events, while learning our CARE values and HR processes.

The role requires active on-site reporting in Boni, Mandaluyong, with 400 hours commitment and proficiency in Google Workspace, MS 365, Zoom, and Canva.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all facets of HR.
• Prepare HR-related reports and trackers.
• Participate in organizing company events.
• Other HR-related duties that may be assigned.
