Job summary

Stratpoint Technologies Philippines is seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team by aiding in data gathering, reporting, event coordination, and publicity material creation. The role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and practices within a fast-paced tech environment.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing HR, psychology, or business degrees with strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to new tools.

• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.

• Provide assistance in all facets of HR
• Prepare HR-related reports and trackers

• Other HR-related duties that may be assigned

About YOU

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Can report onsite, as needed.
• Can report in Boni, Mandaluyong for twice to thrice a week
• Can commit to work for a minimum of 400 hours

Preferred qualification:

• Currently in your graduating year of study (for possible absorption)
