Job summary

Stratpoint is seeking an HR Intern to immerse in essential HR frameworks and drive continuous improvement. You will assist in all HR facets, prepare reports and trackers, and help organize company events.

The role requires a pursuing student in HR/Psychology/Business, with strong communication, creativity for publicity materials, and proficiency in Google Workspace, MS 365, Zoom, and Canva. Onsite presence in Boni, Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to report onsite, Boni, Mandaluyong 2–3x per week.
• Commitment to 400+ hours of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all facets of HR.
• Prepare HR-related reports and trackers.
• Participate in organizing company events.
• Other HR-related duties as assigned.
