Job summary

Stratpoint is seeking an HR Intern to assist in all facets of human resources, from reporting to event coordination. The role supports the HR team and contributes to ongoing improvement initiatives. You will gain exposure to our CARE values and work with modern tools in a collaborative environment.

You will report onsite at Boni, Mandaluyong for 2–3 days a week and commit to a minimum of 400 hours. Internship allowance will be provided and participation in team events is expected.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Canva.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to report onsite, Boni, Mandaluyong, 2–3 times weekly.
• Commitment to 400 hours minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all facets of HR.
