Job summary

Stratpoint in Manila is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in developing and refining innovative practices. You will assist across HR functions, help prepare reports and trackers, and participate in organizing company events.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Canva.

About YOU

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Can report onsite, as needed.
• Can report in Boni, Mandaluyong for twice to thrice a week
• Can commit to work for a minimum of 400 hours

Preferred qualification

• Currently in your graduating year of study (for possible absorption)
