Job summary

Stratpoint is seeking an HR Intern to immerse in essential HR frameworks and support our team through reports, event planning, and day-to-day HR duties. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to our CARE values and ongoing improvement efforts.

Applicants should be pursuing a degree in HR, psychology, or business, with strong communication, creativity, and the ability to learn quickly. Onsite reporting is required at Boni, Mandaluyong, up to 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in developing engaging publicity materials.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canva.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Can report onsite as needed.
• Can report in Boni, Mandaluyong twice to thrice a week.
• Commitment to work for a minimum of 400 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all facets of HR.
• Prepare HR-related reports and trackers.
• Participate in organizing company events.
• Other HR-related duties as assigned.
