Job summary

Agenture Corporation in Pasig invites a student intern to support the HR team with recruitment and administrative tasks. You will source candidates, schedule interviews, screen applications, and coordinate with applicants, while maintaining records and reports.

The internship requires 200 hours, 4 days per week on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 11 Sta. Teresita, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Php 250/day allowance is provided as compensation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BS/BA Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM, or related courses.
• Incoming 4th year college student.
• Internship must be a school requirement.
• Willing to render at least 200 internship hours and 4x on-site per week.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn HR and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, screening applications, and coordinating with applicants.
• Provide administrative HR support by maintaining employee records, organizing documents, preparing reports, and monitoring attendance/onboarding requirements.
• Support daily HR operations such as communications, filing, databases, and coordination of company activities and HR concerns.
