Job summary

AYSN Group of Companies in Metro Manila is offering an HR Internship (OJT) with allowance. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

You will also help organize employee engagement events and draft HR documents. Additional duties include timekeeping, attendance tracking, leave management, research on HR best practices and labor laws, and general administrative support to the HR team.

• Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
