Gramans Group of Companies based in Metro Manila seeks an Executive HR Leader to drive strategic direction, policy development, and workforce programs. You will oversee recruitment, development, performance, and engagement to support organizational growth and regulatory compliance.
The role requires extensive HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and a proven track record in policy design and change management.
Provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of all Human Resources functions. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices that support organizational goals, enhance workforce effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Plays a key role in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent while promoting employee motivation, morale, and organizational growth.
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire qualified talents across all levels and employment engagements.
Design, implement, and oversee employee training, learning, and development programs to enhance competencies, career growth, and organizational capability.
Administer performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on performance improvement initiatives, and support employee development through constructive feedback and coaching.
Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction, collaboration, productivity, and retention. Strengthen employee relations and serve as a bridge between management and employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with legal counsel on employment-related matters when necessary.
Address employee concerns and workplace issues through effective mediation, counseling, and resolution strategies. Conduct fair, thorough, and objective investigations as required.
Lead initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and continuous process improvement.
Oversee HR systems, records management, compensation and benefits administration, policy implementation, and other HR operational functions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
