You will manage day-to-day HR operations, handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits inquiries, and prepare audit-ready HR reports. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, excellent communication in English and Tagalog, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience (SME or corporate setting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding leave, benefits, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain audit-ready HR reports and memos.
• Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
