Job summary

Nimerra Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across project sites in Metro Manila. You will handle timekeeping, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The role requires collaboration with department heads and field teams to maintain a compliant, productive workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or related HR functions.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Selection: handle job postings, applicant screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Employee Relations: address concerns, prepare NTEs and notices, ensure policy compliance.
• Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination: monitor attendance, validate attendance reports, coordinate payroll adjustments.
• Compensation & Benefits: administer benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and other statutory requirements.
• HR Documentation & Records: maintain employee files, contracts, HR reports, ensure confidentiality.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: conduct orientation, process resignations, clearances, exit interviews, final pay.
• Labor Compliance & Policy Implementation: ensure DOLE compliance and implement HR policies.
• Administrative & Site Coordination: coordinate with project sites on deployment, attendance, PPE, and requirements.
