Job summary

Suzuki Auto Davao - HR Department is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll, travel allowances, and HR initiatives. You will administer HR programs across compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinaries, investigations, and performance management.

The role requires handling employee records, supporting disciplinary processes, and fostering productive relations across all levels. A Bachelor's in HR/Business and 1+ year relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage last pay processing, ticket bookings and travel allowances.
• Support development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leaves; disciplinary matters; investigations; performance management; health and safety; training and development.
• Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Support disciplinary and grievance management.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data) in compliance with policy and law.
• Perform other assigned HR tasks.

Job Description:

• Handling Last pay, Booking tickets and travel allowance
• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Performs routine task required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
