Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, Lastpay, Booking and Travel Allowance).
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience as an HR Officer.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Interpersonal skills for effective relationships at all levels.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Potential to handle a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Handling Last pay, Booking tickets and travel allowance.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Participates in compensation, benefits, and leave administration; disciplinary matters; investigations.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Supports management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
