Job summary

Bravo Italian, Inc. is seeking an organized, proactive HR Officer to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll processing, employee relations, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in HR, and knowledge of Philippine labor laws. They should be detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and start immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR with general HR functions.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-m mandated benefits is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and other timekeeping concerns.
• Timekeeping and payroll preparation.
• Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Assist in employee relations, disciplinary actions, incident documentation, and HR notices.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Assist onboarding, orientation, and offboarding/clearance processes.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and other personnel documents.
• Respond to employee HR-related concerns and provide assistance.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
