Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing new candidates.
• Oversee daily workflow of all departments.
• Prepare memos, evaluations and maintain employee 201 files.
• Onboard newly hired staff and orient them to policies and benefits.
• Prepare and maintain 201 files for new hires.
• Handle ATM applications, ID requests and uniforms.
• Release IDs and uniforms for new hires.
• Prepare evaluations and notices for personnel actions.
• Review and update job descriptions for each employee/group.
• Manage HMO enrollment and release of HMO cards for new staff.
