Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an HR Generalist - Project-Based in Pagbilao, Quezon to support the Human Resources department across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with hiring managers on staffing, oversee onboarding, and ensure clean HR records in HCM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HRIS and data integrity practices.
• Experience supporting HR programs and labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Create e-201 files and ensure completion before regularization.
• Ensure data integrity of employee information in HCM Systems.
• Maintain HR processes for talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
