Job summary

Pleco Inc is seeking an HR Generalist to drive and strengthen people practices across attendance, compliance, engagement, performance, onboarding, and policy governance. The ideal candidate will understand Philippine employment laws, support a BPO workforce, and partner with management to build a scalable HR function.

This role emphasizes proactive business partnering, employee experience, and operational excellence within Pleco's growing offshore staffing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within BPO or offshore staffing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Experience managing attendance and timekeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and strengthen Pleco's people practices across attendance management, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, and policy governance.
• Own and manage end-to-end timekeeping and attendance function.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and employer branding efforts.
• Own onboarding and lifecycle management, ensuring efficient and consistent processes.
• Coordinate and administer probationary reviews, performance cycles, and PIPs.
• Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
