SYMPHONY is seeking an HR Generalist in Quezon City to handle payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will coordinate with Finance on bank remittances, monitor leaves, and prepare notices for personnel actions while assisting talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.

The role requires a BS in Psychology or HRM, at least 2 years in HR, and willingness to work on-site in Quezon City. Strong MS Office and HRIS skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Psychology or HRM is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Willing to work in Quezon City (Araneta Ave).
• Proven experience with payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll accurately for all employees.
• Coordinate bank remittances and payroll advisories.
• Monitor leaves and compute cash commutation for unused leaves.
• Prepare notices of personnel action for regularization, promotion, and movements.
• Process government-m mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and request payments.
• Compute and report 13th month pay to Finance & Accounting.
• Prepare annual Withholding Tax Report and DOLE submissions.
• Monitor government and HMO benefit claims; assist with employee inquiries on compensation and benefits.
• Assist employees in benefit application and HMO registrations.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation in coordination with HR for Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement.
