Manila Klean Fuel Corp. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, records, and documentation. The on-site position based in Libis, Quezon City, demands hands-on HR capabilities, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple functions with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, BA, or related field.
• Relevant work experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Experience handling multiple HR functions.
• Willing to work on-site in Libis, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Manage recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and personnel documents.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and HR-related records.
• Assist in addressing employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Support policy implementation and HR procedures communication.
• Prepare HR reports and required records.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR needs.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR activities.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
