IVY ANDREA BEAUTY CORPORATION (Shawill Cosmetics) is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and benefits administration from onsite Manila offices. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HR records, and support performance management.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM or psychology and at least 2 years of HR experience. The role offers a stable onsite schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of at least 2 years of solid HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of various HR functions is an advantage.

• Familiarity with labor laws and government regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, loans, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
• Support performance management processes (evaluations, feedback, improvement plans).
