Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in high-volume environments (F&B, hospitality, retail or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations preferred.
• Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and HRIS or payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.
• Comfortable working with frontline and managerial employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and staffing for restaurant, kitchen, commissary, and admin roles.
• Coordinate onboarding: contracts, documents, orientation, and records.
• Oversee payroll and attendance processes, timekeeping and leaves.
• Maintain government compliance: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and related records.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary documentation.
• Support performance management and development planning.
• Identify training needs and coordinate HR development programs.
• Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and events.
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and reporting systems.
• Provide HR support for store openings, transfers, and organizational changes.
