Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end HR for the F&B business, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance for both restaurant operations and head office.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on HR generalist experience in high-volume settings, strong communication, and the ability to partner with operations while handling confidential staff information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations.
• End-to-end HR experience across multiple areas.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations preferred.
• Payroll and timekeeping knowledge.
• MS Office / Google Workspace and HRIS / payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Comfortable working with frontline and managerial staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions for the F&B business including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
• Serve as a business partner to Operations, supporting both restaurant operations and head office/commissary.
• Escalate complex employee relations, legal, or compliance matters when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure government regulatory compliance.
