Ubiquity seeks an HR Generalist to embody Head, Heart, Hustle and deliver expert HR service with empathy and impact. You will define policies, apply people tools, and drive talent strategy across the organization, partnering with leaders to enhance engagement, performance and change readiness.

With focus on analytics, policy design, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll build capability in managers and support global HR initiatives while staying aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience supporting talent attraction, development, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and define HR policies that support company strategy.
• Engage with program clients using People tools and policies.
• Drive consistent talent attraction, management and development approaches.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to align tools and policies and improve engagement.
• Use data to measure tool effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Provide expert input on HR issues and design high-impact solutions.
• Coach managers to anticipate and address organizational issues.
• Participate in site/global projects to enhance employer reputation.
• Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices.
