Negros BioEnergy Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, timekeeping, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, timekeeping, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures that HR policies and practices are aligned with company objectives and Philippine labor laws while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process employment documents such as contracts, regularization, promotions, transfers, and employee movements.
Coordinate and monitor employee attendance, leave administration, and timekeeping.
Assist in payroll preparation by validating attendance records and submitting payroll-related reports.
Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other company benefits.
Facilitate employee relations activities and address employee concerns in accordance with company policies.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and other applicable labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and other documentation as required by management.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and organizational needs.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work onsite at Negros BioEnergy Corporation.
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, energy, or oil and gas environment is an advantage.
Background in handling DOLE compliance, employee disciplinary procedures, and labor case documentation is preferred.
