Job summary

Aboitiz Construction, Inc., the construction arm of the Aboitiz Group, seeks an experienced HR professional in Cebu City. A Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management and 5–7 years in heavy industry are preferred, with strong expertise in administrative work, compensation and benefits, recruitment, sourcing, and HR labor law.

You will contribute to a long-standing leader in infrastructure and maintenance projects, supporting HR operations with minimal supervision and ensuring
