Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations and labor matters, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with the company code of conduct. The role includes handling DOLE cases, data accuracy, and serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience (BPO preferred), strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. On-site work with night shifts/rotating schedule is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years HR experience, preferably in BPO.
• Strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.
• Familiarity with DOLE-related processes and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

Job Description

So what does a HR Generalist really do? Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of the employees, Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations. As an HR Generalist, you will:

• Do NTE review and validation.
