You will post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist in company events and property management while ensuring accurate records and timely communications. This role suits recent graduates with HR interest who can learn quickly and work with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Graduate of BS/AB in Psychology.
• Newly graduate with up to six months experience in HR.
• Knowledge of Human Resource Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to details and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to organize events and coordinate activities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares job postings on Job Street, Best Jobs and other sites to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conducts pre-screening and assesses applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match roles.
• Contacts candidates to arrange interviews via telephone or email and conducts initial interview.
• Assists in the imposition of disciplinary actions per company and client house rules.
• Assists in organizing and facilitating company activities and events such as Christmas Party and sports fest.
• Issues and monitors company properties assigned to HR & GA such as PCs, printers, and vehicles.
• Schedules and monitors company drivers’ activities for proper trip allocation.
• Ensures utilities and common areas are orderly and clean.
