DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Prepares Notice to explain and Notice of decision .
• Collaborates with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for investigation process.
• Creates relevant programs and opportunities to make sure that employees are engaged and are productive. This maybe in the form of organizing company-wide events, employee appreciation programs, and other programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITY:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding company policies and labor code of the Philippines
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Thorough understanding of dispute resolution

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, HRDM or equivalent.
• At least 6months experience handling labor relations.
• Must be willing to work Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm
