You will maintain templates, data sources, and governance, while collaborating with global stakeholders to drive efficiency and consistency in documentation practices across the HR services landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in documentation management, document automation, training, HR operations, or business support.
• Advanced Microsoft Word with complex formatting, mail merge, and templates.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with formulas, lookups, and structured data handling.
• Experience supporting document automation tools, generation processes, or workflows; experience delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update automated document templates and data sources following governance processes.
• Support document automation tools and workflows to ensure reliable generation and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot document automation issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate large-scale document generation activities and documentation cycles.
• Maintain SharePoint repositories, libraries, metadata, and template organization.
• Deliver onboarding and user training sessions on documentation tools and processes.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
