Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the digitalization and automation of semi-manual HR systems. The role focuses on evaluating workflows, implementing HRIS tools, and developing standardized HR policies and documentation.

You will ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, coordinate payroll-related activities, and produce workforce analytics for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in HR process improvement, digital transformation, or HRIS implementation is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Isabela.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digitalization and automation of the company’s existing semi-manual HR systems and processes.
• Evaluate current HR workflows and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HRIS and other digital HR tools.
• Develop and standardize HR policies, procedures, forms, and documentation.
• Promote consistency and compliance across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Assist the HR Head in planning, implementing, and monitoring strategic HR initiatives.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
