JMR Global | Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Transformation consultant to turn AI into practical HR solutions for global organizations. You will rethink HR work across the employee lifecycle and guide client teams through change, running engagements and leading the team.

You will design AI-enabled HR processes, use process mining to identify bottlenecks, and present recommendations to senior leaders while nurturing client relationships and contributing reusable tools to the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, process improvement, or transformation work.
• Strong HR process redesign experience across several areas, such as hiring, onboarding, performance, and workforce management.
• Hands on exposure to AI in HR, such as generative AI, agent design, or intelligent automation.
• A record of leading client engagements and managing project teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR transformation engagements from the first assessment through delivery, owning scope, budget, timelines, and risk
• Design future HR processes and workflows that use AI, automation, and intelligent agents, with clear rules on when people step in
• Use process mining and data to find where HR work slows down, and build the business case for change
• Present recommendations and progress to senior client leaders, including executives
• Coach and develop the consultants on your team, and keep the team engaged and well utilized
• Support new business by shaping proposals and nurturing client relationships
• Contribute to the firm's thinking through reusable tools, methods, articles, and speaking opportunities
• Use AI tools in your own work to deliver faster and at a higher quality
