Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree with two years experience or Bachelor's with four years.
• Four or more years in BI, data analytics or HR reporting.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and ERP-related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of Oracle FDI for HR reporting.
• Develop analytics solutions to support HR reporting needs.
• Create FDI-based reports, dashboards and analytical products.
• Coordinate with ICT for data pipelines, architecture and performance.
• Promote data governance and data quality across reporting outputs.
