Cybalink Solutions is seeking an HR Business Analyst to provide Power BI support, maintaining and developing dashboards based on business requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of Power BI/SQL experience, strong UI skills, and the ability to translate needs into actionable insights. Onsite work in Pasig City includes a morning shift and Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Proficient in DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop.
• Strong UI/design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience administering SharePoint and Power BI workspaces.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Power Automate/Power Apps knowledge is a plus.
• Tertiary qualifications in data science preferred.
• Microsoft certifications in data analysis highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and business insight requirements.
• Design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Import, cleanse, and manage data from various on-premise and cloud sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and tabular data models.
• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• Manage premium capacity workspaces and associated applications.
• Ensure reports meet business objectives and provide intuitive insights.

• Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday on a morning shift schedule)
