Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support segmented recruitment functions, manage candidate screening, and coordinate preboarding and onboarding for new hires.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and at least 3 years in administrative or HR-related work, with a preference for recruitment experience. This is a hybrid position with two onsite days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an admin role, preferably Recruitment/HR.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 2x onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Support vacancy management by understanding hiring needs and screening candidates.
• Coordinate preboarding and onboarding processes for new hires and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Foster candidate care with timely updates and professional engagement.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects in recruitment services.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes, data protection, and Nestlé standards.
• Handle other HR administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
