Wilserv Multipurpose Cooperative seeks an HR Coordinator to bridge site staff, management, and clients while coordinating recruitment across La Union and Pangasinan. This on-site role in Tarlac requires 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with mobility by motorcycle and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or related field (or at least 3 years experience).
• Must have own motorcycle and valid driver’s license for mobilization.
• Willingness to travel frequently and communicate to diverse audiences.
• Male preferred and ≤40 years old due to job nature.
• Physically fit, active and able to perform fieldwork.
• Excellent communicator and rapport builder.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate master list of all territories handled.

• Ensure DTRs are collected and submitted on time.
• Ensure site office permits are renewed and processed on time.
• Liquidate cash advances/petty cash.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on concerns, headcount and related items.
• Facilitate connections with LGUs, schools and organizations to support recruitment.
• Conduct orientations when necessary.
• Master business processes to support site staff.
• Assist in cooperative recruitment efforts.

Ideal candidate will perform the following:

• Maintain an accurate master list of all territories handled.
• Bridge between site/field staff, management and client regarding concerns, directions and, goals.
• Ensure that DTRs are collected and submitted on time.
• Ensure that site office permits are renewed and processed on time.
• Ensure that cash advances/petty cash is properly liquidated
• Prepare and submit timely report such summary of concerns, headcount report and other related report.
• Facilitate connection in different LGUs, schools and organizations that can support recruitment efforts.
• Conducts orientations whenever necessary.
