Job summary

Jethrock Construction Corporation is seeking an HR/Admin-In-Charge at the project site to provide support to workers and staff on HR and administrative matters.

The role includes enforcing the company code of conduct, reporting violations, and assisting recruitment by screening applicants and ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an HR related program or any business course.
• At least 1 year of related experience in a construction company or as HR Assistant/Admin.
• Knowledgeable in all areas of Human Resources.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Detailed and result oriented.
• Willing to be assigned in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities
