JOB SUMMARY
The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the preparation, review, execution, and lifecycle management of employment and people-related documents. This role works closely with HR, Recruitment, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure contracts and related documents are accurate, timely, properly executed, and aligned with business requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, prepare, and manage various employment and people-related documents, including but not limited to: Job Offers, Employee Contracts, Freelance / Contractor Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Addendums and Amendments.
- Contract Extensions and Renewals
- Other employment-related letters and documentation
- Coordinate the contract process from document preparation and review through execution and completion.
- Ensure all employment documents are accurate, complete, and prepared in line with approved terms and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to collect required information and complete documentation.
- Track contract status, signatures, effective dates, renewals, amendments, and other key milestones.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of employment contracts and related documentation.
- Support contract-related queries and document revisions from internal stakeholders, employees, freelancers, and clients where required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending signatures, missing information, and outstanding documentation.
- Prepare contract reports, trackers, and other administrative documentation as required.
- Perform other tasks and administrative duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Contract Administration, HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and managing employment-related contracts and documentation.
- Experience hanExperience working in HR, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, EOR, or professional services environments is an advantage.
SKILLS
- Good understanding of employment documentation and contract administration processes.
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
