Job summary

Grace Asia, Inc. in Pasig is seeking an HR and Compliance Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

This full-time role combines on-site work with hybrid flexibility, ensures compliance with local labor laws, and helps manage benefits and employee programs, reporting to the HR team in a faith-driven, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in core HR processes and day-to-day HR operations.
• Experience with Benefits Administration and employee programs.
• Strong employee relations with confidential handling.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to collaborate in a multicultural, faith-driven environment.
• Proficient with HRIS tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Assist recruitment processes and coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Help manage benefits and employee programs.
• Implement and monitor HR policies; support employee relations initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
• Prepare HR-related reports and coordinate with internal teams.
