Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasig City seeks an HR Communications Manager to lead strategic internal communication initiatives that support employee engagement, culture, and HR transformation in a fast-paced Tech/IT environment.

You will develop and oversee campaigns, collaborate with HR and leadership, manage channels, and mentor the team to ensure accurate, on-brand messaging and effective change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
• Must have experience in a Tech/IT company.
• Min 5 years in HR Communications, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement.
• At least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong expertise in internal communications, employee engagement, and change management communication.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience handling company-wide communication campaigns and announcements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, communication tools, and digital engagement platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR communication strategies aligned with business and people objectives.
• Lead internal communication campaigns on employee engagement, updates, HR programs, and company initiatives.
• Create and manage communications materials: announcements, newsletters, presentations, leadership messages, advisories.
• Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and executives to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support change management through structured communication planning.
• Manage employee communication platforms: intranet, email, digital boards, engagement tools.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen culture, employee experience, and employer branding.
• Monitor effectiveness via feedback, surveys, and analytics.
• Ensure professionalism, branding consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Lead and mentor HR Communications team on multiple projects.
