Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Manila to support business teams in performance reviews, learning and development, and retention. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, participate in headcount planning, and translate business plans into talent and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities include partnering with business units, coaching leaders, guiding staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations while promoting ByteDance culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources working experience.
• Strong written and oral English.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance and labor laws.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your business unit to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
• Coach and mentor business leaders to build a strong, engaged community.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Be an ambassador for ByteDance culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise leaders on case handling.
