Job summary

Trip.com Group is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Manila-based team. You will partner with business leaders to guide workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives across our multinational environment.

You will own end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and collaborate with Shared Services to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in multinational environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
• Experience leading HR process improvement or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as the primary HR advisor on workforce initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with managers to enhance leadership capability, team effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, employee movements, performance management, leave governance, and offboarding.
• Drive HR process excellence by standardizing workflows, maintaining SOPs, optimizing policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal governance.
• Lead HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, technology, and data to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless execution of HR programs and consistent employee experience.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide actionable insights, monitor process effectiveness, and support business and HR decision-making.
