Fresh N' Famous Foods Inc. - Chowking is seeking an HR Officer (Business Partnering) to support its Ortigas, Pasig operations in implementing HR policies across the regional unit.

The role covers HR program execution, employee movement administration, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years HR experience in labor relations and engagement, with willingness to travel and operate in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, and data management.
• Willingness to travel and work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Implements store HR programs and activities for the Regional Business Unit.
• Manages manpower movements: regularization, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
• Assists in Benefits programs and enrollment; coordinates with C&B and Payroll.
• Handles employee relations, disciplinary processes, and engagement activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with Philippine laws across stores in the region.
• Provides technical HR advice to store personnel and Operations Leaders.
