Job summary

Fresh N' Famous Foods Inc. - Chowking is seeking an HR Officer (Business Partnering) to support its Regional Business Unit by implementing HR policies and guiding people management across stores.

The role focuses on program implementation, employee movements, and benefits administration to ensure smooth operations. You will handle labor relations, engagement initiatives, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with operations leaders in Ortigas, Pasig in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, and data management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and employee concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Willing to travel and support both office-based and field-based operations.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Schedules and implements store HRM programs and activities for the year and as necessary.
• Implements and coordinates with all companywide employee programs and activities for the assigned Regional Business Unit.
