AIA in the Philippines is looking for an HR Associate to support specific function and business units with human resources needs. You will collaborate with line management and executives across HR areas to drive local initiatives and employee experience.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies for local implementation, guiding workforce planning and talent management, and resolving escalated employee relations matters.

• Support significant employee life cycle events as appropriate
